I’m looking for a rap song, but I don’t know the name or enough of the lyrics to search for it help?

I have this nagging feeling that the name of the song was “April Rain” that’s all I can remember of it. The lyrics i think went something like “People are afraid of rain” and something like “People want change but their afraid to say” something like that
